As a Trading Operations Coordinator at Vantir, you will be responsible for managing our CRM and dashboard systems, handling trader accounts, and ensuring data accuracy across all operations. You will serve as the first point of contact for incoming trader requests via email, verify account activity, and provide timely support. This role also includes monitoring risk parameters, generating reports for the sales team, and assisting with operational processes that drive smooth business growth.
1. Ensure accuracy and compliance in all CRM records and dashboards.
2. Assist in maintaining and improving internal operational procedures.
3. Support risk management protocols by utilizing CRM risk tools.
1. Create, verify, and maintain trader accounts in the dashboard.
2. Respond to trader inquiries via email and provide resolution in a timely manner.
3. Monitor account performance and ensure compliance with risk rules.
4. Maintain up-to-date CRM records and generate periodic reports for the Sales Team Lead.
5. Support the coordination of sales pipeline performance.
1. Act as the first point of contact for traders and clients, ensuring a professional and positive experience.
2. Direct inquiries to the relevant internal teams when necessary.
3. Build and maintain long-term relationships with traders.
1. Assist the Sales Team Lead and Branch Manager with reporting, risk analysis, and special projects.

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, sales, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2. Experience working with CRM systems and risk management tools.
3. Strong communication and organizational skills.
