Trading in foreign exchange (forex), commodities, indices, cryptocurrencies, and other financial instruments involves significant risk. Even though all VANTIR programs operate in a simulated environment with virtual accounts and do not involve real money, participants are expected to behave as if trading with real capital.}

_{2. Simulated Trading Environment
All activities under the Evaluation Program and Simulated Funded Stage are strictly simulated:}

• _{Completing the Evaluation Program does not guarantee access to the Simulated Funded Stage.}
• _{Participation in the Simulated Funded Stage does not guarantee payouts, scaling, or continued access.}
• _{All progression and rewards depend on meeting specific Company criteria, which may change at any time.}

Changes in applicable laws, sanctions, or regulations may affect your ability to continue participating. It is your responsibility to ensure that using our services is legal in your jurisdiction.}
