1. General Refund Policy
Fees paid for participation in the Evaluation Program are generally non-refundable, except  as specifically outlined in this Policy.  By purchasing access and either opening a trade or initiating the KYC process, the Trader  expressly agrees that the Services have commenced and waives any right of withdrawal  under applicable consumer protection laws.
2. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be approved only if all of the following conditions are met:  
  • No trades have been opened or closed on the account.  
  • KYC verification has not been initiated or completed.
  • The refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.  
  • The request is sent via the official support email: support@vantir.com
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued if:  
  • The Trader has opened or closed any trades.  
  • The Trader has started or completed the KYC process.  
  • The request is submitted after 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.  
  • The account has been disqualified due to Trading Rule violations or breaches of the  Terms and Conditions.  
  • The account is terminated due to prohibited conduct or legal violat
4. Cryptocurrency Payments
For purchases made with cryptocurrency:  
  • Refunds are generally not allowed due to AML and compliance requirements.  
  • If granted as an exception:  
  • The refund will only be issued to the original wallet address used for payment.  
  • No refunds will be made to wallets from sanctioned countries, mixers, or  high-risk addresses.  
  • Network transaction fees and processing costs may be deducted from the  refund amount.
5. Processing Timeline
If a refund is approved:  
  • It will be issued via the original payment method.  
  • Processing time is 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.  
  • The Company is not responsible for delays caused by external payment processors  or blockchain congestion.
6. Limitation of Refund Rights
The Trader understands and agrees that participation in the Evaluation Program is subject to  clearly defined rules and limitations. Refunds are strictly limited to the conditions set forth in  Sections 1–5 of this Policy.  No other grounds—expressed or implied—shall be considered valid for refund requests. The Company shall not be liable for refund requests arising from unmet expectations, trading  performance, loss of access, inactivity, or misinterpretation of the rules by the Trader.  The Trader expressly waives any rights to refunds beyond the explicitly outlined scenarios,  to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
