As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Vantir, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing our online marketing strategy across multiple platforms. This role is essential for driving brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and ensuring consistent growth through paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, and creative content.
Paid Advertising Campaigns
Create, manage, and optimize campaigns in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
Manage targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
Continuously monitor performance and adjust creatives, budgets, and strategies to improve ROAS.
Perform on-page optimization (site structure, meta-tags, keywords, performance).
Manage off-page strategies (backlinks, guest posts, directories).
Track rankings and deliver regular reports.
Build automated sequences (welcome flows, onboarding, reactivation, retention).
Segment user lists and personalize campaigns.
Manage campaigns using platforms like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar.
Creative Content Production:
Develop and test ad creatives (banners, videos, Reels/Shorts, landing pages).
Collaborate with designers and copywriters or create visuals independently.
Ensure all marketing materials align with Vantir’s brand identity.
Implement and manage tracking via Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
Analyze KPIs (CTR, CPA, CAC, ROAS, LTV) and create data-driven recommendations.
Deliver clear reports and insights to management.
Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively.
Experiment with new channels (TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, etc.).
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and email campaigns.
Support overall marketing strategy and branding initiatives.
2–3+ years of experience in digital marketing.
Proven success in running and scaling ad campaigns (portfolio required).
Strong knowledge of analytics tools (GA4, GTM, Data Studio).
Hands-on experience with SEO and email marketing.
Experience managing monthly ad budgets of $5,000+.
English proficiency: Intermediate+.
Background in fintech, trading, or prop trading.
Design skills in Figma, Canva, Photoshop.
Experience with AI marketing tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Jasper, etc.).
Understanding of affiliate and influencer marketing.
